April Humphrey, NHE, NHT, BCHD
April is a Natural Health Educator, Therapist, and Holistic Doula, in training to become a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor. She is passionate to find the most efficient ways of healing. April loves teaching how to use common remedies that have high medicinal value, most of which are overlooked, and can be some of the easiest and fastest ways to help the body heal. She enjoys sharing the most cost effective -and sometimes free- ways to help your body activate healing, just as it wants to. She thinks that it's important to acknowledge that emotions play a major role in the function of each organ and suggests that letting yourself process emotions helps healing on a deeper level. Mind, body, and soul are all connected and influenced by each other, which April believes should be common knowledge, along with the wealth of information that is seldom taught. In spreading this knowledge, she hopes for better health for existing and future generations. Inspired to help others avoid similar situations as she has endured, now even more excited to be helpful with her education in Pregnancy, labor/delivery, and newborn care as a Holistic Doula.

She thinks that nutrition and food choices are another important aspect to consider when trying to improve your health. Jenna is passionate about herbology & botany, and how herbs can be used to heal the deepest of diseases. Jenna is also supportive of sustainable farming, 4H, & animal care, and teaching others how to identify and use plants that grow around them, helping to improve their health naturally.
